the room was clean, spacious, and the electronic door lock made me feel secure, especially with my expensive gear. i appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the dishwashing liquid and cloth. the complimentary continental breakfast was great, offering a variety of options, and the location was perfect with plenty of dining spots available nearby.

It was based in nice building in a perfect location, within walking distance of many good eateries. There was a comfortable bed that I thoroughly enjoyed in the deluxe king room.

Appreciated the place, had an EXCELLENT stay purely because of service. The position of the hotel was particularly good and ideal, really close to everything. Plus, it was really close to Neilson's restaurant as well as resturants for different cultures.

We stayed in a standard queen room with excellent amenities, which we really enjoyed. the room featured a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge, making our stay very convenient. the location was great, right next to the town center, with a good pub/bistro and several dining options nearby. the lovely and informative staff were accommodating and met all our needs.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room here, which had luxurious sofas that I really appreciated, and the location was comfortable and convenient. I really appreciated the luxurious sofas and the comfortable location.

We had a QUITE COMFORTABLE time. The venue was exceptionally comfortable, we enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal near to many restaurants, cinema and bowling and 2 pubs and the cbd. The rooms were beautifully maintained and neat with hypo-allergenic pillows. The service was friendly, just like we expected.

Also, location was nice and ideal, around 10-15 minutes walk from Victory Park.

This place offers a warm welcome, helpful staff, and a great variety of delicious meal options.

Having a continental breakfast included in the price is great.

We had a fantastic stay in a family room, and the bathroom was particularly good. the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge for added convenience. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the railway station, restaurants, and the shops in the CBD area.

The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were very nice. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean.

The bed we had was a little bit worn out and saggy.

noise coming through the walls- pipes intoxicated people carrying on till 3.30am in the morning.
